We need to keep our cracking technical team<\/strong> on the job. They believe in this unit as much as the shareholders do, and are key to the success of the project. To lose them will mean we’d need to find and train new people, which will cost more and delay the project.<\/p>\n

We need to protect the patents<\/strong>\u00a0 that are coming up for completion and renewal. We have patents already approved and certified in China, Japan, Singapore and New Zealand, with others still being processed in the United States, Europe, and India. We have an approved patent in South Africa which needs to be reinstated and renewed. We also need to secure trademarks<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We need to purchase parts and equipment<\/strong> to build multiple trial systems, and we also need to have a production level control system designed and developed.<\/p>\n

We need to ensure we retain and secure the management expertise, including a highly qualified Board,<\/strong> to ensure the business is professionally managed, and the project is optimised.<\/p>\n

We’ve been invited to install a test unit in a prestigious Australian university<\/strong> for\u00a0ongoing\u00a0independent trials, and part of these funds will be applied to building that trial system.<\/p>\n

In the last two years the project has failed to deliver the commercial prototype required by prospective institutional investors, due primarily to a dearth of funds. Despite this limitation, major advancements have been made in the design of system components for production units.<\/p>\n

Given the time-lag since the last operating trial system, and understanding the importance of project momentum, the Company has been obliged to re-ssess share value as a short term incentive to new investment.<\/p>\n

It has been decided by the Gamikon Board to release a limited number of shares at the massively discounted price of $1,000 per share. Once the current trial system achieves similar results to the 2014 trial system, the share price will most probably return to the previous share high of $5,000, or better.
